During the 2014-2020 period there will be a previous condition for using the European Fund for the Regional Development, which will require European regions to define their research and innovation strategies for the intelligent specialisation.
This will be carried out by identifying features and exclusive actives of each region in order to allow them to value their competitive advantages in comparison to other regions or countries and bring together participants and resources around a perspective of their future focusing on excellence.
In this context, Euskampus Fundazioa organises, within the framework of the UPV/EHU Summer Courses, a newsworthy meeting conducted by Igor Campillo (Euskampus Director). This meeting is entitled: “Strategies of intelligent specialisation: The University as a strategical key of regional development”.
Dates: July 18th and 19th in San Sebastian (Basque Country, Spain)
